Noble Machine, LLC was established in July 1999 and is managed and owned by a connoisseur machinist with over 30 years of experience in machining of complex parts.

Julio C. Garcia started his machining career at the age of 16. In high school, Julio took 2 years of metal trades. He also learned how to read drawings and practiced what he learned on machines. Early on in his career, Julio spent long hours of note-taking for years as an apprentice learning from Class A machinists. Julio worked 20 years as a manual machinist, and 10 years as a CNC lathe machinist and programmer. Throughout his career, Julio took courses to improve his personal and business development.

Julio C. Garcia is the owner of Noble Machine, LLC, and enjoys making his customers happy. He recalls an occasion in which his customer was satisfied: "We had a project about 2 years ago, a big project. One of my customer's called me to meet with their in-house engineers, global industry director, and other staff members. I was asked to review drawings of a project they were about to take, and they needed to know if Noble Machine would be able to handle the machining of the project. I told them not to worry about the machining that I was able to handle the machining. Knowing that my customer trusts my experience, our service, and seeing my customer satisfied with my input and our services brings me great satisfaction and joy."

Nancy Garcia is an entrepreneur with significant expertise in management, business development, and business administration. Ms. Garcia has served as the CEO and Co-Founder of Noble Machine, LLC, for nearly two decades. Noble Machine provides manufacturing services in the machining field for the fast-paced and highly demanding petroleum, electrical, mining, and electronics industries. In 2010, Ms. Garcia founded Dynasty Management, Inc., which manages her real estate investment portfolio. Before becoming an entrepreneur, Ms. Garcia served as an Assistant Property Manager for high-rise Class A office buildings consisting of over 500,000 square feet with Tishman Speyer Properties and Crescent Real Estate Equities from January 2001 to June 2004.

Ms. Garcia is a relationship-driven and proven Latina entrepreneur. She believes in developing and growing businesses with strong relationships with customers and earning loyalty from her employees. In conjunction, she is committed to continuous personal and professional growth, as demonstrated by her recent completion of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program, Million Women Mentors Entrepreneurship Initiative Program, and IC 10K Genius. Ms. Garcia prides herself in leading by example, holding herself and her team members to the highest level of ethics and determination. Her company’s proven success & revenue growth outpaces the national average over & over.

The legacy she is creating is for her family, her team & anybody she can impact.Ms. Garcia holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and is continuously striving to learn along her business journey. Ms. Garcia has been married for almost 30 years; she has been business partners with her husband for nearly 20 of those years. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her husband, son, and daughter appreciates being out in nature, and enjoys traveling to new places.

Office Team


Nora's educational background consists of a high school diploma and Notary Certification. She has 2 years of experience as a tax preparer assistant, 1.5 years in retail, and 3 years of customer service. Her current role is office assistant by supporting in gathering information for payroll processing and other administrative duties.

Nora's favorite part of her job is the family environment at Noble Machine. Everyone works well together, helps one another, and helps each other grow professionally and personally. Nora's specialties in the industry include handling communications, managing file systems, recording information, customer service, general office clerk duties, event coordination, inventory maintenance, and processing information of the company's database.

What is at the top of your bucket list?
The top of my bucket list is to go to Spain.


Nely started in this industry at the age of 22, coming from an insurance background. Due to her dedication to learning about the industry, she was able to quickly move up from answering phones to assisting Julio on the day to day operations of the shop. Nely has now been with Noble Machine for close to 13 years. In this duration, she has developed, implemented, and currently runs the Quality Assurance Program along with the company's Safety Policy. Nely has also partnered with Julio in coordinating the production schedule. Nely's significant responsibilities include purchasing all of the company's raw material and outside services.

Nely's favorite part about working at Noble Machine is developing procedures, processes, and controls that allow the company to grow. Her specialties in the industry include creating and implementing quality processes, customer service, ISO standard, purchasing, leadership, analyzing data and trends, teamwork, and production scheduling.

What is at the top of your bucket list?
To make at least 3 people's most desired wish/dream come true.


Magaly Gomez attended the Texas School of Business for Word Processing. Before she began her work at Noble Machine, LLC, Magaly worked for a retirement investment group supporting data entry, answering phones, and filing. Magaly also worked at an elementary school. She handled the front desk and was in charge of student attendance records, data entry, answering phones, and the copies of students' assignments.

Magaly has been with Noble Machine for nearly 10 years and has grown with the company from answering phones to her current role as Office Manager. She assists both the operations and administration of the company. She handles all purchase orders received into the ERP system as well as finalizing by generating pickling lists for deliveries to the customers. She manages accounts payable, billing, and responsible for working as a team with our office assistant seeing through our filing system is working effectively.

Magaly's favorite part about working at Noble Machine, LLC, is working with numbers and assuring the payables follow the procedures for the final approval of processing payment. Her specialties include processing A/P and A/R, analyzing data and trends, production scheduling, and information management for all jobs.
